  4. HRDC has developed liaison/networking with Resource Persons, University, UGC and various training institutes at National and International level for effective training and networking.
  5. The State University criteria for the appointment of Teaching and Non-Teaching staff is adopted.

  7. Revenue generation for HRDC from the registration fee.
  8. An LPPMC ( formerly Advisory Committee) is constituted for monitoring annual report, progress assessment, budgetary and academic planning, implementing of the programs and academic assessment and quality.
  9. Digitalization of Academic and Administrative records
  10. Implementation of Industrial visit, Research activity and Disaster Management activity in courses.
  11. A survey among the parent institution of the participants for checking about the improvement in the teaching of the participant teachers.
  12. Practical component and demonstrations in Science Refresher Courses have been increased.
  13. More sessions and emphasis for activity oriented classes.
  14. Interaction programmes for M.Phil., Ph.D., and Post Doctoral Scholars.
  15. Short Term Courses for Administrative Officers and Non-Teaching Staff..
